Will I have a place to meet with clients?

We offer a full service that includes the welcoming of your guests and modern meeting rooms equipped with the most recent technology.

The rooms have several dimensions, and can be rented by the day/hour or within packages suitable to your needs.

Is possible to book a room at any hour of the day through the myOffice app.

Is there parking?

We have a public parking lot within the building and we are located right in front of a metro station.

Can I pick up my mail?

Your mail will be placed in a designated mailingbox and you can pick it up at any business day, from 8.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. in the ground floor reception.

What are the payment methods accepted?

The payments are made by direct debit, credit card or bank transfer.

Will I have an exclusive phone number?

Depending on the chosen plan, you can have an exclusive phone number with a customized call answering.

The premium virtual office plans contemplate real time notification of the received calls, mail and faxes, through e-mail and the myOffice app.

It is also possible to transfer the received calls directly to your mobile phone.

By upgrading into a premium virtual office service, you will receive notifications from all the contacts you receive (calls, mail, faxes), in real-time, through the myOffice app.

There is also the possibility of having an exclusive phone number with a customized call answering, as well as 4 hours per month in meeting rooms (Higher and Highest plans).
